Transport to city center

Metro M2 directly from the airport to Nørreport (15 min, DKK 36) — one of Europe's best airport-city connections. Train to Copenhagen Central (12 min, DKK 36 — also continues to Malmö). Taxi: DKK 280–350, 20 min. The Metro runs 24 hours.

Security & customs

EU/EEA passport holders and eligible ePassport travelers can use the automated eGates. Standard EU 100ml liquid rules apply at security. Denmark is in Schengen, so intra-Schengen flights skip passport control; duty-free allowances apply only for non-EU arrivals.

Travel tips

The airport Metro to the city is the undisputed best option — fast, cheap, and 24-hour service. Copenhagen's duty-free is famous for excellent Danish design goods and LEGO. The SAS Business Lounge's panoramic window views of the aircraft movements are worth seeing.
