Overview

Marseille Provence Airport is the main airport serving Marseille and the Provence region, and one of the busiest in France. It offers a broad mix of domestic, European, and some long-haul and North African flights. It is a notable base for low-cost carriers.

Transport to city center

A shuttle bus connects the airport to Marseille Saint-Charles station in about 25 minutes, while the nearby Vitrolles rail station also offers train links.

Wi-Fi

Free WiFi is available throughout the terminals.

Lounges

Lounges are available airside in Terminal 1 for premium passengers and cardholders.

Security & customs

EU/EEA passport holders and eligible ePassport visitors can use the automated PARAFE eGates. France is in Schengen, so intra-Schengen flights skip passport control; standard EU 100ml liquid rules apply.

Travel tips

Confirm whether you depart from Terminal 1 or 2, as services differ. The shuttle bus to Saint-Charles is the most reliable route into the city.
