Bristol Airport (BRS)

Bristol, United Kingdom

Overview

Bristol Airport is the busiest airport in South West England and a major base for low-cost carriers. It serves an extensive network of European city and holiday destinations as well as some long-haul charters. It is the principal gateway for the wider Bristol and Bath region.

Terminals

A single terminal handles all flights, with a large airside departures lounge and a range of shops and eateries.

Transport to city center

The Bristol Airport Flyer (A1) express bus runs to the city center and Temple Meads station in about 30 minutes, with taxis taking a similar time.

Lounges

Pay-in lounges are available airside in the departures area.

Travel tips

The airport sits on a hill and can be foggy, so allow buffer time, and pre-book parking or the Flyer bus to save money.
