Overview

Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport is a major hub in southwest China and a gateway to Sichuan and Tibet. It handles heavy domestic traffic and a growing number of international routes, complemented by the newer Tianfu airport.

Terminals

Two terminals (T1 and T2) handle domestic and international flights and are linked to the metro.

Transport to city center

Metro Line 10 connects the airport to central Chengdu, with airport shuttle buses and taxis also available.

Lounges

Airline and pay-per-use lounges are available in both terminals.

Travel tips

Confirm whether your flight departs from Shuangliu (CTU) or the newer Tianfu airport, as they are far apart.
