Single main terminal with international and domestic wings. Clean, logical layout with excellent wayfinding. One of Europe's most pleasant airports to transit through.
Transport to city center
Flytoget Express Train direct to Oslo Central (20 min, NOK 230 — pricey but exceptional). NSB/VY regional train (24 min, NOK 102 — slightly slower, stop at Lillestrøm). Airport Express Coach (50 min, NOK 179 — more stops, serves hotels). Taxi: NOK 600–900, 45–60 min.
Lounges
Norwegian Air Shuttle Lounge, SAS Gold Lounge (Priority Pass eligible), Aviator Lounge, and Maple Leaf Lounge. Oslo airport has multiple Priority Pass-accessible lounges.
Travel tips
Flytoget is genuinely one of the world's best airport trains — comfortable, frequent, and punctual. Norwegian customs allowances are strict — declare all goods over limits. The Duty Free shop at Gardermoen is excellent for Norwegian products (Aquavit, smoked salmon) at competitive prices.
