Overview

Piarco International Airport is the main airport serving Port of Spain and the island of Trinidad. It is one of the busiest airports in the eastern Caribbean and a hub for Caribbean Airlines. The airport connects the twin-island nation with North America, Europe, and the wider Caribbean.

The airport has a modern main terminal plus an older terminal, handling international and domestic flights.

Transport to city center

Official airport taxis and pre-booked transfers connect the airport to Port of Spain. The drive into the capital typically takes around 30-40 minutes.
