Split Airport is the second-busiest airport in Croatia and the main gateway to the Dalmatian coast. It handles a high volume of scheduled and seasonal flights to European destinations, peaking sharply in summer. It is a key entry point for tourism along the Adriatic.

Transport to city center
Airport shuttle buses and city bus line 37 connect the airport to central Split in about 30 to 50 minutes, with taxis being faster.
