Transport to city center

The Edinburgh Trams and Airlink 100 bus both run frequently to the city center in around 30 minutes, with taxis taking a similar time.

Wi-Fi

Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the airport.

Lounges

Several pay-in and airline lounges are located airside in the departures area.

Security & customs

Use the e-gates for faster immigration if you hold an eligible passport, and follow UK liquid rules at security.

Travel tips

Trams can be busy at peak times, so buy a ticket from the machines in advance and allow extra time during festival season in August.
