Pokhara International Airport (PKR)

Overview

Pokhara International Airport is the modern gateway to Nepal's lakeside city and the Annapurna trekking region. Opened in 2023, it handles domestic flights and is intended for international services. The airport serves one of the country's most popular tourist destinations beneath the Himalayas.

The airport is close to the Lakeside tourist area, reached most easily by taxi in around 15 minutes. Hotels often arrange transfers.
